Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made through Vesta Property Adviser, a UK-based company, using Stripe as our payment processor.
Subscription and Token Usage
When you purchase a subscription, you are granted a set number of tokens for use within the subscription period. Tokens must be used during the active subscription period and do not roll over to subsequent periods.
Refunds
- We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for new subscriptions, in accordance with UK consumer law. If you have not used any tokens, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If any tokens have been used during the subscription period, you are not eligible for a refund for that period.
- After the 14-day period, or once tokens have been used, all payments are non-refundable.
- Subscription cancellations will prevent future renewals, but do not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please sign into the Extension, click the settings cog, select "Manage Subscription," and process your refund through Stripe.
