By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Vesta Property Adviser Chrome Extension and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vesta Property Adviser ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Vesta Property Adviser provides a Chrome Extension that displays property information and insights alongside Rightmove property listings. The Service includes both free and premium features as described on our website.

5.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

5.5 Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with UK consumer protection laws. To request a refund, please sign into the Extension, click the settings cog, select "Manage Subscription," and process your refund through Stripe.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) are owned by us or our licensors.

6.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 Restrictions: You may not:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service

8.2 Cap on Liability: Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100 if you have not made any payments.

8.3 Exclusions: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law

9. TERMINATION

9.1 Termination by You: You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a subscription, you can cancel it according to Section 5.4.

9.2 Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

10.1 Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or by other means.

10.2 Continued Use: Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
